What do you want?

Rarely do we consistently ask ourselves this question.
What do I really want?
We get caught up in daily life, kids, routine, work, cooking, TV, bed and repeat it over and over. Before we know it, our life is half over and we still don’t know what we really want. If we did once know what we wanted, we have lost our passion or just forgot about it. We settle for the status quo and tell ourselves it is okay, we are doing our best.

 

 

What is your dream?

 

Most adults have lost the ability to dream or fantasize about what they want. As children we are encouraged to fantasize and use our imagination in play. As soon as we go to school the teacher says…STOP looking out the window, STOP daydreaming…and our imagination is shut down.

 

 

Use Your Imagination

Regaining your ability to dream, fantasize, and imagine is absolutely critical to being able to know what you want and then go after it. You will come to know that imagination is your greatest gift.

You have unlimited potential to be and do what ever you believe and set in your mind. If you are able and willing to do whatever it takes, you can achieve any goal no matter how unrealistic it may seem.

Set Worthy Goals

When you know what you want, setting a worthy goal is the best way to get it.

The true purpose of setting a goal is to keep growing.

It is said, “If you are not growing you’re dying.”

This is your life, it is time to step up and live it.

There is no dress rehearsal.

THIS IS IT!

 

There are 3 types of goals.

  1. Those you KNOW how to do already.
  2. Those that you THINK you can do.
  3. Those that you have NO IDEA how you will get them.

A worthy goal is something that you would love yet don’t know how to reach. This kind of goal can make you a bit nauseous and scared. You will have to dig deep and find your inner inspiration to go after it. Getting this goal will stretch you and get you out of your comfort zone so you will grow. The FUN will be figuring out how you will get it. When you set the intention of your goal, you will discover there are infinite means to achieve it.

It’s empowering to reach a goal that was previously out of your sight. As a result, you will have an inner knowing that you can achieve anything!

Take Action

Without this step you will never achieve your goals. Take action to implement the steps necessary to achieve your goal in a timely manner. Unless you step off into the unknown, you will never know how far you can go.

Set your goal; write it down, keep it in your mind daily, know that you are able and willing to achieve it, and then take action.
